Providing false information during registration, including false age declarations, will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Each User may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these Terms, suspicious wagering patterns or failure to comply with KYC requirements.
Accounts that remain inactive — meaning no login, deposit, withdrawal or wager activity — for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. The Platform's dormancy policy, including any applicable administrative fees for dormant accounts, is published in the applicable promotional terms. Users will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied, where contact information is available and accurate.
All deposits and withdrawals on the Platform are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed in the Cashier section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
Deposits are processed in the currency supported by your account. The Platform may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload promotions and other incentives from time to time. All promotional offers are governed by specific terms published at the point of offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the associated terms, including wagering requirements.
Wagering requirements are clearly stated before acceptance. As a general illustrative principle, a bonus of PKR 1,000 with a wagering requirement of 30× requires PKR 30,000 of qualifying wagering before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable funds. All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. By confirming a wager, you agree that you have reviewed the selection, odds or game conditions and that no claim of error will be accepted after confirmation except where a verifiable technical error on the Platform's part is established.
Sports markets, including cricket (Pakistan national team, PSL T20, ICC tournaments), football, UFC and others, are governed by the Platform's Sports Rules applicable at the time of bet placement. The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted service. The Platform will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure availability but cannot guarantee that the service will be free from errors at all times.
Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the User's account at any time.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting the Platform's support team. Pending wagering requirements or minimum account balances must be resolved prior to final closure. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via a supported withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification.
The Platform reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account with immediate effect where there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, non-compliance with KYC requirements, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. In cases of confirmed prohibited conduct, all balances — including real-money balances — may be forfeited.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.1.
